Instructions
- Season the pork with salt and pepper.
- Prepare three bowls with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the pork in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with panko.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Fry the pork until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Slice the pork katsu and drizzle with katsu sauce.
