Ingredients

The pork cutlet

  • 4 small pork loin chops
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

The breading

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

The frying

  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup katsu sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare three bowls with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge the pork in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with panko.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the pork until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  7. Slice the pork katsu and drizzle with katsu sauce.
