Blueberry Milk

Instructions
- 1. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and water, and heat over medium-high until boiling.
- 2. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 3. Remove from heat and strain through a fine-mesh strainer if desired, then refrigerate.
- 4. To serve, whisk together ¼ cup of the blueberry syrup with 1 cup of cold milk.
