Ingredients

The salad

The dressing

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Toast the crushed ramen noodles and slivered almonds in a skillet with oil and soy sauce for 3-4 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and maple syrup to make the dressing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and the toasted noodle mixture, then pour the dressing over and mix well.
