The stir-fry

boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

Instructions
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate it in the bowl.
- Prep the stir-fry vegetables.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the chicken and marinade.
- Cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes, then transfer to a plate.
- Add all the vegetables to the pan and cook until just tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan, toss to coat, and simmer for another 1-2 minutes before serving.
