Instructions
- Mix the oyster sauce, coconut aminos, water, black pepper, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl. Whisk in cornstarch if using.
- Heat olive oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, then transfer to a plate.
- Add more olive oil to the wok, then add the bell pepper and broccoli. Cook until golden.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until all vegetables are tender.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the pan and pour the sauce over. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, extra chili flakes, and lemon wedges if desired.
