Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients

Stir Fry Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • ½ cup Coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • ½ tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • to taste Sea salt
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch

Stir Fry

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1.5 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large head Broccoli
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger
  • 2 cups White mushrooms
  • 1 large Red bell pepper

Optional Garnish

  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Mix the oyster sauce, coconut aminos, water, black pepper, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl. Whisk in cornstarch if using.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, then transfer to a plate.
  3. Add more olive oil to the wok, then add the bell pepper and broccoli. Cook until golden.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until all vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan and pour the sauce over. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds, extra chili flakes, and lemon wedges if desired.
