Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

Instructions
- Prepare the stir fry sauce by whisking together tamari sauce, chicken broth, minced garlic, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, honey, and arrowroot in a small bowl.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add half of the sliced chicken to the wok and sauté until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside, then repeat with the remaining chicken.
- In the same wok, add the julienned red pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and broccoli florets, sautéing for another 2 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the wok along with the stir fry sauce, tossing to coat. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the stir fry plain or over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
