Ingredients

The crust

  • 30 pieces regular Oreos
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

The ice cream layers

  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 quart your choice flavor ice cream (e.g., peanut butter cup), softened

The hot fudge

  • cups hot fudge (store-bought or homemade)

The whipped cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • to taste sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Make the Oreo crust by pulsing the Oreos into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter, then press into a 9x13-inch pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
  2. Soften the chocolate ice cream, spread it over the crust, and freeze for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Soften the second flavor of ice cream, spread it over the chocolate layer, and freeze for another 15-30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the hot fudge, spread it over the second ice cream layer, and freeze for 15-30 minutes.
  5. Make the whipped cream by beating heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form, then spread over the hot fudge and top with sprinkles.
  6. Cover with foil and freeze for at least 12 hours before serving.
