Instructions
- Prepare the buffalo sauce by whisking together melted butter, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix and ranch dressing, stirring to coat, then refrigerate.
- Slice tempeh into ¼-inch thick slices and fry in a skillet with cooking oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer fried tempeh to a bowl, reheat buffalo sauce, and pour it over the tempeh, stirring to coat.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing ranch slaw on the hoagie rolls, followed by buffalo tempeh and sliced avocado.
