Instructions
- Blend all the dipping sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth and set aside.
- Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then slice into strips and coat with sesame seeds.
- Prepare the arugula, herbs, and vegetables as specified.
- Soak a rice paper sheet in warm water until pliable, then lay it on a towel.
- Add a portion of arugula, tofu, vegetables, and herbs to the rice paper and roll it tightly.
- Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients and serve with dipping sauce.
