Red, White & Blueberry Shortcake

The toppings

powdered sugar

fat-free whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine the sliced strawberries and powdered sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick, granulated sugar, and skim milk until a dough forms.
- Drop 4 equal spoonfuls of the dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Cut each shortcake in half horizontally.
- Top the bottom half of each shortcake with strawberries and blueberries, then cover with the top half.
- Spoon remaining berries over the top and finish with whipped topping.
