Ingredients

  • 2 pieces ripe peaches (quartered, pits removed)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup rolled oats (gluten-free for GF eaters)
  • ½ piece frozen banana (peeled before freezing)
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp agave, maple syrup, or a pinch of stevia (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and let set for 5-10 minutes to soak.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. To thicken, add more frozen banana; to thin, add more almond milk or orange juice.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Serve immediately.
