Honey Mint Melon Wine Cocktails

Instructions
- Cut and cube the honeydew melon, discarding the peel.
- Chill the melon in the fridge for 3-4 hours or freeze for 30-45 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the chilled melon, wine, sparkling beverage, lime juice, mint leaves, and honey, then blend until slushy or smooth.
- Store the mixture in the fridge or freezer until ready to serve.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime before serving.
