The frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160C/320F and grease an 8-inch springform cake pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sweetener until glossy.
- Gently add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Transfer the batter into the greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-27 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan completely before removing and frosting.
