Easy Strawberry Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and roast the strawberries for 20-25 minutes.
- Blend the sugar and lemon zest together until moist and fragrant.
- Whisk in the eggs, salt, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- Fold in the almond flour, all-purpose flour, and baking powder, then add the melted butter.
- Pour the batter into a buttered skillet or pan, top with sliced almonds and half of the roasted strawberries.
- Bake at 350°F for 22-25 minutes, then add the remaining strawberries on top and let cool.
