Simple Dumpling Soup

Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt to make the dough.
- Heat the butter and milk in a small saucepan until the butter melts, then combine with the dry ingredients.
- In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and add 1 cup of carrots.
- Form ½-inch balls of dough and add them to the pot.
- Simmer uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes until the broth thickens.
- Divide the soup into bowls and sprinkle with the remaining carrots.
