Instructions
- Bring water and salt to a boil.
- Dilute the miso in hot water and prepare the other ingredients.
- Add rice vermicelli to boiling water and cook until tender, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add wakame flakes and mushrooms, stirring gently.
- Stir in diluted miso and add cubed tofu.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
- Serve immediately.
