The peanut sauce

smooth natural peanut butter

Instructions
- Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing hoisin sauce, peanut butter, sriracha, and grated ginger in a bowl.
- Add ¼ cup of hot water and whisk until combined, then add more hot water to reach the desired consistency.
- Prepare the filling ingredients: slice the red bell pepper and mango, soak the bean threads, chop the lettuce, and pull the cilantro leaves from the stems.
- Soak one rice paper wrapper in warm water for about five seconds until soft.
- Lay the soft wrapper on a clean surface, place the fillings on one side, and roll it up, folding in the sides to seal.
- Repeat the filling and rolling process until all ingredients are used.
- Serve the spring rolls with the peanut sauce on the side.
