Ingredients

The smoothie

  • ¾ cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • ¾ cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips

Optional sweetener

  • 1-2 tsp honey, maple syrup or agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, coconut milk, and white chocolate chips to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple or strawberry if desired, and enjoy!
