Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 cup milk (coconut, oat, nut, or dairy)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For topping

  • to taste shredded coconut
  • to taste pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk, milk, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the smoothie and add sweetener if desired.
  4. Garnish with shredded coconut and pineapple chunks before serving.
