Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 12 oz coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ unit frozen banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 unit lime, juice of
  • a large pinch unit sea salt

Optional toppings

  • to taste unit unsweetened shredded coconut
  • to taste unit pineapple chunks
  • to taste unit raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place all of the smoothie ingredients in the blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with your favorite toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
