Chocolate Ganache Tart

The ganache

For assembly
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the tart pan.
- Pulse the nuts in a food processor, then mix in sugar and salt, followed by melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the tart pan and bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
- Cool the crust before preparing the ganache.
- Heat cream until simmering and pour over the chopped chocolate, letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir in room temperature butter until the ganache is smooth and glossy.
- Pour the ganache into the cooled crust and chill until set, at least 1 hour.
- Remove the tart from the pan and sprinkle with sea salt before slicing.
