Maple Sriracha Tempeh Burgers

for grilling

Instructions
- Steam the tempeh chunks for about 10 minutes and let cool.
- Blend the oats into a powder, then add the steamed tempeh and other ingredients to a food processor.
- Pulse the mixture until finely chopped and well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into 4 to 6 patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the patties for about 4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Assemble the burgers in buns and add desired toppings.
