Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice

Optional sweetener

  • to taste sweetener

Instructions

  1. Pour almond milk into the blender.
  2. Add ground flax seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla yogurt, and peanut butter.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice and optional sweetener, then blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
