Instructions
- Blend the watermelon, lime juice, sugar, and 1 cup of water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard the solids.
- Add the remaining water to the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- For garnishes, dip glass rims in water and then in coarse sugar to coat.
- Pour the agua fresca into the sugar-rimmed glasses and garnish as desired.
