Watermelon Agua Fresca

Instructions
- Blend 4 cups of watermelon with ½ cup of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice until smooth, then pour into a large pitcher.
- Repeat with the remaining 4 cups of watermelon, ½ cup of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
- Strain through a fine-mesh strainer if desired, and chill until serving.
- Serve over ice-filled glasses and garnish with watermelon and lime wedges if desired.
