Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a muffin pan with 12 liners.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well using a whisk.
- Divide the batter among the 12 muffin cups, filling them slightly over halfway.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops rise and crack.
- Allow the muffins to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
