Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add olive oil and ground chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
- Add onion, yellow pepper, garlic, carrots, celery, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper; cook for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, tomato sauce, fire roasted tomatoes, white beans, and hot sauce; bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
