Ingredients

The base

Instructions

  2. Add onions and cook until softened.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Stir in garlic and jalapeno, cooking for one minute.
  5. Add green chiles, spices, and chicken broth, then bring to a simmer.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the soup is heated through.
  7. Stir in cannellini beans, sour cream, and cream cheese, cooking until creamy.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, adjusting seasoning as needed.
