White Chicken Chili

Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot, add chicken breasts, and cook for 30 minutes until done. Drain and shred the chicken.
- 2. Mix cornmeal and milk in a small bowl and let it rest.
- 3. Dice the bell peppers, onion, and jalapeno. Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat and sauté the vegetables until soft.
- 4. Add beans, chicken, broth, and spices to the pot. Stir and bring to a low boil, then cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- 5. Stir in the cornmeal and milk mixture and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let it thicken.
- 6. Serve topped with sour cream, cilantro, and tortilla chips.
