Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, onions, poblano, jalapeno, cumin, and oregano, and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until the onions are wilted.
- Pour in the chicken broth, then add the white beans, chili, paprika, and sweet corn.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for about 30 minutes until the chili thickens.
- Serve warm with cornbread or bread.
