Stir fry sauce

Instructions
- Cook the protein and set it aside.
- Prep the noodles by cutting them into smaller pieces or microwaving if hardened.
- Prep the Chinese broccoli by cutting the stems and leaving the leafy parts long.
- Make the stir-fry sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Heat a wok or skillet, add oil, and cook garlic until brown.
- Add the whisked eggs and scramble lightly.
- Add the rice noodles and let them cook without stirring for 2 minutes.
- Add the Chinese broccoli stems and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the crispy tofu and leafy parts of the Chinese broccoli, stir gently, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Pour in the stir-fry sauce, mix gently, and cook for 1 more minute before serving.
