Avocado Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado ripe avocado, diced
  • 140 g frozen mango
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt
  • 25 g unripened goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp vanilla flavored whey protein
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 5-6 leaves fresh basil, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except avocado and basil leaves until smooth.
  2. Add avocado and basil leaves, blending until smooth but with some swirls.
  3. Transfer to a glass and garnish with a dollop of yogurt and basil leaves.
  4. Enjoy your smoothie!
