Whipped Cream Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup low carb powdered sugar (Swerve Confectioners)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest (optional)
  • 1/16 teaspoon xanthan gum (about 3 small pinches)

Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Sugar Free French Buttercream Frosting

Jam Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Sugar-free Raspberry Jelly (will use half of the recipe)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sugar-free Raspberry Jelly in advance.
  2. Make the Sugar Free French Buttercream Frosting ahead of time.
