Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Form the mixture into 8 large balls and press down into patties.
- Grease a non-stick skillet and heat it over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Repeat until all patties are cooked.
- Serve immediately or allow to cool to room temperature.
