Instructions
- Combine crab meat, minced onion, ⅓ cup of almond flour, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form the mixture into 8 patties, coating each in the remaining almond flour.
- Refrigerate the patties for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
