Instructions
- Blend all dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth, then add poppy seeds.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, quartered strawberries, sliced avocado, and sliced onion.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Top the salad with sliced almonds or candied almonds before serving.
