Summer Strawberry Spinach Salad

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a jar and shake well until honey dissolves.
- Set the dressing aside while you prepare the salad ingredients.
- Hull and slice the strawberries and slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, add the baby spinach and top with sliced strawberries, red onion, almonds, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately, keeping leftovers separate from the dressing.
