Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Add melted butter and beaten eggs, then stir with a silicone spoon.
- Fold in the shredded cheese.
- In a cast iron skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add chicken cubes and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in celery, green beans, cauliflower, and garlic, and sauté until soft.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and thyme, then stir.
- Create a slurry with flour and some sauce from the skillet, then thicken the filling.
- Return the mixture to the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Spread the crust over the filling and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
