Instructions
- Prep the shallot, garlic, and basil, and set aside.
- Rinse the shrimp and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- Mix the creamy coconut sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
- Add garlic and shallot to the pan and cook until softened.
- Pour the creamy coconut sauce into the pan and simmer until thickened.
- Add the shrimp and basil, stirring to combine, and cook until shrimp are fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and serve, topping with optional ingredients as desired.
