Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add sambal, tomato sauce, and turmeric; mix well.
- Stir in coconut cream, fish sauce, and sugar; let simmer until slightly thickened.
- Pat shrimp dry and add to the sauce, cooking until they turn pink and opaque.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges and cilantro on top.
