The sauce

Thai sweet chili sauce

chili garlic sauce, Rooster brand

lime juice

brown sugar

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry, then season with salt and black pepper.
- 2. Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Pan-sear the shrimp on both sides until slightly browned, then remove from the skillet.
- 3. Clean the skillet if desired, then reheat with the remaining oil. Sauté the garlic until aromatic and slightly browned.
- 4. Add the shrimp back to the skillet along with the sauce and stir to combine well.
- 5. Garnish with cilantro or parsley leaves and serve immediately.
