The marinade

kosher salt

garlic chili sauce

For serving

chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Combine the shrimp with olive oil, sugar, and minced garlic in a bowl and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Place the marinated shrimp in a cold skillet and turn the heat to high, cooking for 4 minutes.
- Flip the shrimp and let them cook for an additional 2 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the shrimp and add granulated garlic, ginger, and salt to the skillet, toasting for about 2 minutes.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet, toss with the toasted spices, chili sauce, and soy sauce.
- Serve the shrimp topped with cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime.
