Instructions
- Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and ginger in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until they start to turn pink.
- Add the sauce and continue to cook until the sauce is reduced, stirring regularly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately.
