Easy Chili Lime Shrimp

Optional creamy avocado topping

pitted and peeled

Instructions
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place the shrimp in a bowl and pour the sauce over them, tossing to coat.
- If making the creamy avocado topping, blend all its ingredients until smooth and refrigerate until serving.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the avocado oil.
- Add the shrimp and sauce to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately, optionally drizzling with leftover sauce and creamy avocado topping.
