Chili Lime Shrimp

The marinade

fresh cilantro leaves, or parsley leaves, chopped finely

Thai sweet chili sauce

Instructions
- Soak the bamboo skewers in cold water.
- Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
- Marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes.
- Fire up the grill and cook the shrimp until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Serve immediately.
