Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp with garlic, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
- Stir to combine well.
- Thread 3 shrimp onto each bamboo skewer, repeating until you have 10 skewers.
- Fire up the grill and cook the shrimp over direct heat.
- Grill on both sides until the shrimp are cooked and nicely charred.
- Serve immediately.
