Bang Bang Grilled Shrimp Skewers

raw shrimp, shelled and deveined

Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, scallions, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a small bowl and set aside.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes or use metal skewers.
- Lightly season the shrimp with cracked pepper.
- Place 5 shrimp on each of the 8 skewers.
- Preheat a clean, lightly oiled grill to medium heat.
- Grill the shrimp on both sides for about 6 to 8 minutes until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Transfer the shrimp to a platter and brush the sauce over them; serve immediately.
