Honey Sriracha Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Instructions
- Soak the wooden skewers for 20 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan, then add minced ginger and garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Add smoked paprika, ground cloves, honey, Sriracha, and lime juice to the saucepan and let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Thread the prepared shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grease the grill grates with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
- Brush the honey sriracha glaze on both sides of the shrimp and grill each side for an additional minute.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and glaze again before garnishing with lime wedges and cilantro.
- Serve warm.
