Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30-60 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and gently turn to coat. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill for about 15 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Remove the shrimp from the marinade and thread them onto the skewers.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is pink and opaque, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until opaque on the other side.
