Grilled Sriracha Shrimp

The shrimp

The marinade

Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and mix well.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.
- Remove shrimp from the marinade and thread onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are pink and firm.
- Serve with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
