Grilled Sriracha Shrimp

Ingredients

The shrimp

  • pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

The marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 lemons juice from
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

For garnish

  • optional lemon wedges
  • optional chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and mix well.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.
  3. Remove shrimp from the marinade and thread onto skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the shrimp skewers for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are pink and firm.
  6. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
